This whimsical Victorian Gothic style top (?) jacket (?) dress (?) is a very nice piece. The lace is a very nice weight which gives it a beautiful flow and drape. It is a polyester/spandex blend so it has some stretch to it. The butterfly clasps are also a very nice weight and quality. It is completely sheer with a high low style hem - shorter in front, full long length in the back. It also has dramatic bell sleeves and a high neck. It would be great for Halloween but also would make a gorgeous statement in everyday wear.
