Description
This Spectrum Gas Griddle from Winco comes equipped with infinite heat controls and a standing pilot light. It has a polished steel cook plate and front plate rail that is cool to the touch. The NGGD-36M includes an LP conversion kit. The grease drawer contains a weep hole and baffle. The double-body wall is insulated with stainless steel. There are (3) 30,000 BTU burners, for a total of 90,000 BTUs. This product is CSA certified (Sanitation, Flame, Star).
