This is a bottom for a dress only no top. What I did was bought a dress online cut the top off and made into a skirt. I was going to use it over a short dress so I could have a long dress for the ceremony and then be able to take off the skirt to have a short dress for the reception. I never ended up using this because my fiance made the comment of hating long sleeves, well my short dress was long sleeves, so I found another dress.
Size is 8-10, my waist is 29.5 it was altered to that. Does have a zipper and clip to secure. Does have a train. Chiffon material. No tags but never used, just in a bag for the last couple months.
