Vintage but looks very nice. Outside and inside are clean. Zipper on pocket and outside clasp work perfectly. I see no issues at all. Purse is 11x9". The bottom gusset is just over 2". The handle is approx 14 inches long. I'm guessing this is from the 70s. Handle and chain are most likely lucite.
