Never exposed to rain or water always kept in special closet just for the boards. Has custom wheel wells professionally made. Comes with predrilled holes for plastic rails (NO RAILS INCLUDED), and to use sex bolts, hardware still there just need the bolts that I can include for free, thru holes, (holes can be filed in with steel putty and/or a fresh grip tape sheet will be able to cover them)This board was used just to carve the bowl, no street tricks or even Ollies, so it has a very gentle use. Few hours of use. Deck made in the USA
