This is a vintage brass candle snuffer. It is heavy solid brass with an ornate handle piece that lets you hang this on the wall near a fireplace or mantle - even just near a shelf where you light candles. It is a useful decor piece. There is beautiful trim near the handle and the head of the piece that enhances it's look when hung on the wall.. It also is very pretty just laying on the coffee table.. Please look at all photos as well as the video to see the condition - it is in great but vintage condition. There will be marks on the finish but there is no major defects or cracks. It is a beautiful accessory for anyone who loves candles.
It measures between about 13 1/2 to 14 inches long - depending on the position of the head of the snuffer. The diameter of the bell like head is about 2 1/4 inches.
