vintage John Brooks silk skirt Suit

This lovely suit by John Brooks is from @ late 1970's early 1980's. Beautiful turquoise color. The fabric is textured woven 100% silk. Dry clean. The jacket has front slip pockets that are still tacked closed. single button closure. 1 interior slip pocket. Shoulder pads. The skirt has a 3 button closure on the front side with flat pleating detail. Marked size 8 but runs more like todays size 4. the jacket measures 23" long front center, 21 1/2" in the back. 16" across the top of the shoulders. 23 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18 1/2" across under the arms, 17 1/2" at the waist. The skirt measures 33" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 13 1/2" across at the waist, 18" at the hips. It's in good condition with a few minor issues. The skirt has a few small faint stains. One on the front at the knee area and 2 in the back. The last 4 photos show up close and at a distance. All are faint and look more like a wet spot than a colored stains. Light fabric wear.
