Vintage Hand Carved Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant Woman Facing Left Sterling Silver
This is a lovely, deeply carved, shell cameo of a woman's profile in a soft cream color with a light brown background set high in a 925 solid sterling silver frame with finely toothed setting and twisted wire effect on the outer edge. The brooch is marked with “925”.
The image and quality of the carving are beautiful and the oval pin / pendant for necklace (combination piece) is very eye-catching. It is 1.3” (33mm) high and 1” (26mm) and weighs 6.16 grams. It has a bail at the top that allows it to be also worn as a pendant.
In good pre-owned condition.
