Vintage Bob Marley Concert T-shirt Screen Stars Single Stitch 420 Jamaica Reggae

This shirt is in great condition, and I don’t think it’s been worn very often. I think this may be a very unique design drawn by an artist as there is an artist signature in the bottom of the print (this is part of the print not hand signed). I cannot find this shirt or even this image anywhere, and I've spent several days trying to find it. This shirt came from a single estate of vintage tees that were sold to me as concert t-shirts, but, as I can't find a similar shirt design, I can't guarantee that it is definitely from a concert. It is clearly old as it is a single stitch with a vintage Screen Stars tag.
