Via the Cockney Rejects and the Angelic Upstarts and the imminent UK/82 scene spearheaded by Discharge and The Exploited, plus Power Pop gems from The Stiffs, Richard & The Taxmen and The Elevators (and who can't love a song called 'Your I's Are Too Close Together'?), and Max Splodge, The Dickies and Squad, who raise a flag for the Punk Pathetique movement while the Goths have Theatre Of Hate and UK Decay. Including 77 Punk troopers 999, The Damned, The Stranglers and The Vibrators plus "second wave" leaders The Ruts, The Members and Stiff Little Fingers.
