Vintage US Army surplus used tool box. Made of steel painted "military green" with the number 16 painted on both ends of the box. This box has most definitely seen some use and has bumps and bruises, as it should being it was used at a military barracks. The doors swing up and collapse into one another when closing. Handles are still very sturdy with no signs of weakness. Under one of the handles is inscribed "COZART"
