Some sellers of this volume have actually listed it as "Signed" but the signatures are facsimile (copies) of live signatures, as is this volume. Still cool, just not "live."

Condition: In EXCELLENT condition. Other than a slight "creak" when the covers are closed, and the slightest of "touching wear" to outer jacket, no problems of any kind. Unclipped flaps show $39.95 retail in US and $50 in Canada. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume. Very, VERY large and HEAVY volume.
