TPR Industry RZR Timing Chain Tensioner (2 Bolt)
Total Performance Racing has revolutionized the cam chain tensioner for the Polaris RZR engine platform, delivering the ability to adjust chain tightness while the engine is running! The TPR tensioner allows for proper setting on cold starts and then again, with the turn of a knob, after the engine gets hot. This keeps the chain taught at the proper tension, virtually eliminating jumping teeth on the gears and causing catastrophic engine damage like factory tensioners.
Easy to turn knob with easy to read laser indicators delivers precise tuning that also eliminates cam chain noise. CNC machined in house in San Diego. The tensioner body and turning knob are made from 6061 billet aluminum. The shaft and foot internals are made from 17-4 stainless steel and feature ARP fasteners for secure clamping. Easy installation.
