Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of this album from the British Blues outfit. Released in 1991, FAT CITY saw The Blues Band hit their stride after their recent second coming. All the material is band-composed with friends like Benny Gallagher (Gallagher & Lyle). Highlights include Dave Kelly's 'The Duisburg Blues' and Paul Jones' 'Down to the River'. Two guest horn sections feature - the legendary Memphis Horns and the Rumour Brass (once associated with Graham Parker). The band is also augmented by pianists Bob Hall, Geraint Watkins and Pete Filleul, while legendary cornet player Nat Adderley guests on two tracks. Includes previously unreleased bonus track 'You've Got to Choose'. Expertly re-mastered by Jon Astley (who has worked on recordings by the Who, Led Zeppelin, George Harrison and many others). Booklet with detailed liner notes.
