We use 7075-T6 billet aluminum to make these spindles, where stock uses 6061. The yield strength of 7075 is 73,000 psi, which is nearly double that of 6061’s 40,000 psi yield strength. What can you do with double the strength? Keep the pedal down twice as long, hit jumps that are twice as big, and have twice as much fun.
