SuperATV’s Pinion Shaft and Snorkel Gear Kit gives your Polaris RZR the strength it needs to keep going. We build ours with them same high-strength gear material used in NASCAR, 9310 alloy steel, to make sure it can withstand all the abuse and torque you throw at it. We test EVERY set of gears to make sure they are perfectly mated and running smooth. The snorkel gear and pinion gear in your transmission do more work than just about any other gear in your UTV, so a broken snorkel can lead to more transmission damage, case damage or other gear failures. Polaris Front Output Shaft - Heavy Duty: Transmission work is hard, so while your busting your knuckles why not reinforce your whole transmission? The GDP front output shaft is 41% stronger than factory, giving you the confidence to hit the trail and keep on going. Unlike factory, GDP's front output shaft is constructed of industry leading 300M and then heat treated for a precise blend of strength and longevity. To ensure ultimate strength, this material and heat treat combination endured rigorous field and torque testing.
