Overall good condition for its age:
• Cover: taped on the inside (front and back) with marks/fading and wear at edges and corners
• Spine: marks and wear at ends
• Pages: overall good condition with a few minor age marks, folded corners and small tears. Most pages are clean. Page 445 has a strip of paper taped to it, replacement page found online is included (see picture)
• Edges: age marks and darkening
• Binding: a bit shifted and a bit loose
• Measures approximately 8" x 6"
