Neo Dark Gengar - PSA 10 Gem Mint
This card has several red dots errors on the face are similar to the ones rarely seen on Base set Blastoise. If you look up other dark gengars, they usually don’t have this many dots
Also, there’s this obstruction / ink printing error as well on the face, see pic
Despite those errors, this still graded a perfect 10, which makes it even more rare
