Prophylactic Florence Mfg Dr. West's Germ Fighter Toothbrush Dental Advertising

Offered here are two early plastic toothbrushes, great examples of 1930s/1940s dental history:
Pro-phy-lac-tic Toothbrush – "A Clean Tooth Never Decays" slogan, made by Florence Mfg. Co.
Dr. West's Gem Fighter Toothbrush – one of the first widely marketed plastic toothbrushes.

Both brushes show use/wear but retain strong graphics on the handles. Dr West's toothbrush bristles are blackened. We are hoping to find the right collector to restore it or love it as is. The Pro-phy-lac-tic brush has some staining and the name "Irene" etched on the back. Both Measure Approximately 6 inches.
