The book is old and shows wear as such. The cloth binding is starting to tare, pages in front and back are falling out and shows some marks through out the book. The book is over 140 years old! Not only is this a rare book to find of one of our great U.S. Presidents who also risk his life as a General to fight in the Civil War and helped to end slavery in America, but it also includes the ORIGINAL receipt from when the item was purchased in Baltimore Maryland in 1885!
