Original oil on board by Texan artist Lael Nelson. A boy on a table blowing bubbles. Appraiser said the subject and composition suggests was done possibly for art school. Size is 8x10 with a rough frame as pictured. Lael's more current pieces are 20x30 and go for 1800 in professional galleries. The painting itself might benefit from a cleaning and definitely a new frame! But it's lovely the way it is.
