Mishimoto Intercooler Kit - Black 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke

Mishimoto has released a performance intercooler kit for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level. The first key component is the Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe; our engineers have maximized airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, allowing for a smooth and unimpeded airflow. The pipe is constructed of mandrel bent aluminum polished to a mirror finish. This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCoreT technology and Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Mishimoto DuraCoreT technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots.

Compared to normal silicone, DuraCoreT provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler featuring a significant increase in core volume, extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core, all designed to provide cool, dense air to your engine.
