• PREPARATION: To prepare the beef, just soak it in cold or warm water for 3 hours and cook. These cubes are universal and can be used in a variety of dishes! If you wish to add some flavor to them, you can even rehydrate them in the watered down marinade. Once we rehydrated the cubes, we used one portion for a delicious beef stew cooked in a crock pot and another portion for tender, mouth-watering kebabs.
• EASY TO COOK- These beef cubes can be used for stews, soups, kebabs, goulash, sheppard pies, chili, burritos, tacos, and many other recipes. You can cook them on the grill, frying pan, crock pot, or anywhere else where you would cook beef cubes. However, it is completely up to you how you want to prepare these cubes. Once rehydrated, they look just like top round are beef cubes that you would get at your grocer's deli.

• SHELF LIFE- You can expect 25+ years shelf life as long as the shrimp is sealed in the can - and probably as many as 30 to 40 since there is no water or oxygen in the can to spoil them!!! Once opened they will last: Upto 1 year in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration once opened but not re-hydrated, Upto 60 days in a zip lock bag without refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated, Upto 5 days in the fridge once they are re-hydrated.
