Very clean with no holes or stains.
There are some spots where the top stitching is coming undone or missing.
The zippers have some chipped paint but all work as they should.
The coat originally had a zip on hood but it is no longer here.
There is a drawstring at the hem of the coat.
The elastic in the cuffs is starting to lose elasticity but they still stretch.
Non smoking home.
