This is a Mattel Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Special Edition doll.

(Note) This item has some issues.
I purchased this at a flea market in the US a long time ago. (The dress had stains from the time of purchase.) It has been stored in a dark glass case for a long time.
There is a black spot, like a mole, on the right cheek.
The dress is faded and has stains that look like moiré. There are brown stains.
The necklace has lost its luster.

Her black hair is styled with plenty of product in the bubble cut part with two pin curls at the hairline. The doll's neck can be angled (twists and moves up and down).
