This is a set of 2 rolls of "Magu Roll" with 170 sheets each in roll form.
"Magu Roll" is a freshness-preserving paper ideal for thawing fresh fish (especially frozen tuna and raw tuna). It absorbs the drip that comes out during thawing, adjusts the moisture and temperature, and maintains the freshness and pinkness (color) without losing the deliciousness.
Because of its excellent water absorption and retention, it is also perfect for preventing water leakage and drying of seafood and meat.
It is a professional favorite used in sushi restaurants, traditional Japanese restaurants, and fresh fish shops. It can also be conveniently used as cooking paper for tempura and fried foods, wiping cutting boards, and cleaning frying pans.
