For sale is an extremely rare vintage Mr. Hankey plush produced by Magic Side in Brazil sometime in the late 90's / early 2000's. Magic Side plushies were only produced and distributed within Brazil, they don't have much documentation so it's hard to say for certain if they were officially licensed or not as the tush tag does not feature copyright info. Regardless, these plushies are incredibly hard to come by and would make a great addition to a South Park collection.
The plush has some notable wear due to age, most notably in some minor discoloration in the sailor hat. Please carefully review the provided pictures to assess condition.
