The record starts with Neil "Mackie" McLennans version the Blitz song, "New Age". Followed by a track from epic midwestern punk by The Slow Death, featuring members of The Soviettes, Worriers and The Raging Nathans. Side B doesn't let up with brand new material from San Diego veterans Tiltwheel who perhaps provide the catchiest and most depressing song on the record. Finally, Spoilers closes out this rock-solid split. Featuring Dan Goatham from Snuff. "Nice One" runs the spectrum of punk rock from Oi to Pop-Punk bringing with it something for everyone to enjoy.
