This is a set of two Pokemon plushies from the “Local Acts” series made by San-ei. The set includes Geodude and Quagsire, and they are designed to look like the mascots for the various prefectures. They are only available in person in Japan by visiting the place they’re a mascot of. Geodude features the amazing PNG legs (just like the actual mascot costume), with a wire or something like it in them to adjust and pose to make displaying easier. Both are brand new, unused with tags.
