LNIB Josefina 1st Rel. 1997 Pleasant Co 1 American Girl Doll ORIG BRAID w Box

Stamped Pleasant Company 1 (with a circle around the 1) on the back of her neck, I believe this is a FIRST RELEASE of Josefina from 1997. She is a BLAST FROM THE PAST! I was told that she was new, and never used - someone put her accessories on then put her back in the box for safe-keeping. Pre - Mattel Josefina is in pristine like new condition, with her silky soft hair still in ORIGINAL BRAID complete with yellow flowers and ribbon. She has squeezable vinyl and soft eyelashes (all intact). She can hold a pose, eyes function normally, and very clean with no marks or odors. Josefina is wearing her meet outfit - skirt (tagged Pleasant Company 1997), camisa top, bloomers, hair ribbon, moccasins, and woven belt. The belt has obviously never been untied - not even to attach her belt bag! The original wrist tag is still attached to her wrist. She comes with her accessories - hard to find necklace, Rebozo shawl (PC 1997), belt bag, Jola coin, and hankie. Box is still in great shape
