Set is %98 complete , motor fuctions work as well. Set is MISSING the small brown bench , the girl minifig body has been substituted, girl should have a newspaper 2x4 tile that is substituted with a magnifying glass. I think maybe 2 other small pieces are missing also. Instructions are in excellent condition. No sun fading damage at all , dusted often. AFOL OWNED. NO RETURNS. Also missing the 2 lawn chairs and I will dig the drinking cups from my inventory
