Listed is a beautiful 19th century Lawrence & Mayo Brass antique nautical telescope. This 'spyglass' is specifically referred to as a British Commander's telescope - circa late 1800s to early 1900s
(rough guesstimate- information is difficult to find without an expert)
Collapsed it's about 11" length, fully extended it's about 34" length.
It's functional. However, the eyeglasses need to be cleaned, and the compass floats.
I chose not to clean it as the brass's patina tells a story of long use.
