The Larson Electronics WAL-EMG-RPS-WBC-100A-5X20A Emergency Battery Bank System provides failsafe emergnecy power to job sites. This portable system is designed for portability and reliability within the job site, and ideal for use in rough and demanding conditions. This portable battery backup system allows operators to power up to 600 watts of 12V electrical equipment from the cart, and will provide 30 minutes of operation after line voltage has been cut.
The WAL-EMG-RPS-WBC-100A-5X20A is a cart mounted portable emergnecy battery backup system. This temporary failsafe battery system contains a 200 amp-hour rechargeable battery bank mounted within a wheelbarrow-style cart. During normal operation, the 120V AC is stepped down to 12V DC and feeds the five L5-15R twistlock receptacles. In the event of a power outage, the emergency cart automatically switches over to the internal 100aH battery bank to power 12V devices for a minimum of 30 minutes on battery power. When standard voltage is restored to the battery backup cart, the equipment will automatically switch over to constant 12V power and the battery bank will be recharged.
Line-in to the WAL-EMG-RPS-WBC-100A-5X20A is provided via 25` SOOW cable terminated in a 5-15P industrial grade cord cap. A 120V to 12V stepdown transformer provides constant 12V power to low voltage equipment powered by the failsafe emergency cart. A 100-amp-hour internal sealed lead acid battery bank provides a minimum of 30 minutes of emergency power for low voltage equipment during power outages. 12V DC line-out is provided via five L5-15R twistlock receptacles with weatherproof flip covers. The entire unit is mounted to a portable wheelbarrow style cart for easy transportation within jobsites.
Please note:
30-minute runtime is based on minimum requirements at 600 watt loads. This accounts for 50% discharge capacity of the battery bank for consecutive recharges. Longer runtimes will be possible with lighter loads. Loads greater than 600 watts may experience runtimes less than 30 minutes.
