The Larson Electronics TX-60-6X-VS-120-1224VDC-WP Portable Transformer converts 120V AC 50/60 Hz voltage to 12 and 24V DC voltage. This compact power distribution transformer is designed for portability and convenience as well as durability and includes an elevated base platform for protection from standing water, and weatherproof construction.
The TX-60-6X-VS-120-1224VDC-WP portable step down power distribution system from Larson Electronics is built to provide operators with a reliable source of low voltage 12 and 24 volt power in DC forms. Operators can choose between the voltages using a switch on the side of the power distribution device. With overload and short circuit protection, this voltage-switching unit safely allows operators to power equipment up to 1000 watts from a standard 120V AC power source.
This portable AC to DC transformer features
twist-lock receptacles that provide sealed and secure connections. To connect devices, the operator must insert the plug and twist it until it locks into place in order to energize the plug. This design provides a secure and safe connection that prevents arcing and accidental plug pullouts.

The housing on the TX-60-6X-VS-120-1224VDC-WP is constructed from powder coated steel with a NEMA 3R enclosure rating. The top of the unit features a convenient carrying handle that doubles for cable management when not in use. The angled base and low center of gravity ensure this low voltage transform does not tip over when in the field. The entire unit is powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics.
The TX-60-6X-VS-120-1224VDC-WP portable power distribution system converts primary 120V AC into 12 and 24V DC. Primary voltage is brought in via 10` of #16 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cable with an industrial-grade male 5-15 cord cap. Secondary voltage is distributed via the six, 20-amp 125V L5-20R twist-lock receptacles and one, 20-amp 125V 5-20R GFCI duplex receptacle.
