Operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. DOOR PREP: 2-1/8" or 1-1/2" Crossbore; 1" Edge Bore; 1" x 2-1/4" Latch Face. DOOR THICKNESS: 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" standard. 1-7/8" to 2-1/4" optional. CYLINDER: 5 pin SmartKey cylinder. FACEPLATE: 1" x 2-1/4". STRIKE: 1-1/4" x 3-5/8". BOLT: 1" throw, stainless steel. HANDING: Reversible for right or left hand doors. ANSI/BHMA: Grade 2. ADA: Interior turn piece meets 4.13.9 ADA requirements. Deadbolts with "SmartKey" (denoted SMT) feature allow, in 3 steps, locks to be re-keyed to a spare set of keys. When the spare keys are done being used, the lock can be re-keyed back to the original set of keys; can continually be re-keyed.
