- 🔒 Installation Suggestion: It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 26ft (8 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please note that when adding a gateway, please ensure that your smart phone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- 🔒 Remotely Unlock: The G2 gateway connects to the TT Lock App to achieve remotely unlock, which is no longer to be limited by the Bluetooth unlocking distance. Meanwhile, it supports to share, modify, and delete E-key anytime, anywhere. Real-time monitoring of door status, battery life and unlock activity logs.
