OPTICAL TRANSMITTANCE: Maintain optical clarity with our specialized film. The light transmittance is above 95%, which will not affect the 405nm wavelength of ultraviolet rays through the protective film and curing the resin. Its high transmittance allows for unobstructed resin curing, ensuring precise and flawless printing results
EXTRA DURABLE: Made of high-quality PET material imported from Japan, our Screen Protector is built to last. At 0.12 mm thick installed, it is resin-proof and safe from tears and abrasion, while remaining very flexible. The edge will not produce white edges after being posted, it will not affect the print volume after installation and you need to re-level your build plate. You may need to increase your exposure times, as the Screen Protector will allow greater than 95% of the light through
EASY APPLICATION: This kit comes with a tool kit for easy installation of the protective film. Please keep the screen clean before use, then peel off the back protective film install the film onto the monochrome screen, and use the scraper to avoid air bubbles during the installation process
PLEASE NOTE- Installation requires some skill. Although a bubble-free installation is ideal, a few small bubbles will not affect your prints. Bubbles around the perimeter of the screen, where it does not light up, are normal. Peeling off the protective film may generate static electricity and attract dust, please install it in a clean environment. Protectors are designed to be larger than the screen to prevent resin seepage into the 3d printer
