| The Larson Electronics HLCS-SS-8.12.6-N4X-ESTP.R2-PTM.10K-R1 Stainless Steel Hazardous Location Control Box is designed for controlling systems and equipment in flammable environments. Operators may access one 10k ohm potentiometer and one maintained red mushroom push button on the unit. The NEMA-rated device is ideal for Class I, Division 2 sites and indoor or outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases, or dust exist or stand the potential to exist. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURES* The HLCS-SS-8.12.6-N4X-ESTP.R2-PTM.10K-R1 provides system control for equipment in Class I, II and III rated combustible sites. Equipped with two operators, this unit has one 2-watt potentiometer that operates 30V DC. The 10k ohm potentiometer features a single-turn, rotary dial. A maintained, red mushroom push button is available above the potentiometer. The 10-amp rated push button has a twist-to-lock mechanism. Both operator bodies are 3/4â€-14 NPSM thread. The HLCS-SS-8.12.6-N4X-ESTP.R2-PTM.10K-R1 is made of 316 stainless steel and features a Type 4X protection rating. Equipped with a screw cover, this Class I, Division 2 unit measures 11.81" x 7.87" x 5.91". A 1/4" external earth protection is available on the unit. Operators are provided access to a flanged backplate for easy mounting on walls or surfaces. Applications: Offshore rigs, sewage and wastewater treatment plants, coal plants, gas facilities and other combustible sites where a hazardous location control box is needed.  |
