Musician Haruka Nakamura will curate the in-store music for several Tsutaya Bookstores nationwide from 2023 to 2024. All tracks are original compositions specifically for the Tsutaya Bookstore project. The concept revolves around 'forest,' a theme connecting the bookstore's philosophy with nakamura's hometown of Aomori, known as the 'blue forest.' Over the course of the year until summer 2024, four albums will be produced.The first album, entirely composed of synthesizer music, received widespread acclaim and became a favorite among many listeners. The second album, exploring the realm of piano ambient music, was also highly praised for it's anticipated musical vision.
