Handmade delicious shortbread from House of Edinburgh with a rich and buttery taste.
Each box contains a sealed tray of eight Original shortbread fingers made with a recipe that has been passed down through many generations from the founder of Shortbread House.
Using best quality butter and a little ground rice gives a delicious flavor and a light crisp texture.
The Shortbread House range of products are handmade, (and not "hand-baked" - a misleading term used by other companies). This makes a huge difference to the taste and texture.
