Product major function & usage:
To stabilize the adjustable damper, rear roll bar and offer firm support to the rear chassis.
Major advantages of upgrading to this product:
1. Made with aluminum 6061 T6, a light material with high tensile strength, designed thicker and offer stronger support.
2. Modern hollow design helps to reduce weight with strong metallic appearance.
3. Stainless steel balls installed on both ends of the part with stainless steel ring and stainless steel screws to enhance sturdiness and avoid rustiness.
4. The fixing method of the stainless steel ball is changed to our special screw locking design for better security.
5. Multiple positioning holes to adjust the tilt angle of damper. White POM collars are provided for different ways of installation (installed outward can increase the stability of the chassis).
Other special notes and comments:
Adjustment of damper tilt angles with differnet POM collar placement:
1. Original tilt angle : Install 6.1mm x 1pc on outer side of damper ball end.
2. Tilt angle - Outward 5 degrees : Install 4.2mm x 2pcs on both sides of damper ball end. Dampers leaning outwards.
3. Tilt angle - Outward 10 degrees : Install 6.1mm x 1pc on inner side of damper ball end. Dampers leaning outwards.
