Set of 10. Precision laser-cut from high-carbon stainless steel and hardened to 56° Rockwell for long-lasting durability. Laser-controlled precision sharpening ensures consistently sharp edges. Lightweight, stamped construction offers excellent maneuverability. Triple-riveted handles made from polyoxymethylene (POM) resist fading and discoloration. Includes 2.75" paring knife, 2.75" trimming knife, 3" spear point paring knife, 4.5" utility knife, 5" serrated utility knife, 5" spreader, 6" chef’s knife, 9" honing steel, come-apart kitchen shears, and knife storage block. Made in Germany.
