The GG24G is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle from Globe. Featuring stainless steel U-style burners and a fully welded steel griddle plate, heat is spread evenly throughout the cooking surface for optimum results. Individual manual controls allow energy of standing pilots to be regulated per portion while cooking a variety of foods at different temperatures. In addition, this unit has double-wall insulation that is energy efficient for light cooking to high production in commercial kitchens.
