The GG15G is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle from Globe. Featuring a stainless steel U-style burner and fully welded steel griddle plate, heat is spread evenly throughout the cooking surface for optimum results. An individual manual control allows energy of the standing pilot to be regulated per portion while cooking a variety of foods at different temperatures. In addition, this unit has double-wall insulation that is energy efficient for light cooking to high production in commercial kitchens.
