Freeman Marine 24" x 24" Hinged Hatch, 2464-0003, has an Aluminum Cover with Mild Steel Deck Ring to keep your boat water tight. This hatch features a knife edge seal and mild steel deck ring for welding in place.
- Best for quick-acting access, escape routes, gear storage and where other types of large manhole-sized watertight security is required
- This square model utilizes a knife edge sealing surface design which reduces the possibility of water dripping into a compartment when the hatch is opened, yet offers the advantages of flush deck versatility
- The diagonal dimension opening is greater than standard oval or round shape hatches
- The unique hinging device allows the hatch to be opened more than 180 degrees and "floats" when the hatch is closed to facilitate a tighter seal
