The new Flex-A-Lite engine oil coolers provide up to 4 times the heat rejection compared to typical low-cost coolers. In harsh conditions, engine-coolant alone isn't enough to protect the engine oil and internal components from premature wear or failure. The new Flex-A-Lite engine oil coolers use turbulized fins inserted into the internal cooling plates and louvered fins for heat transfer to the air. The thick, 13/4-inch core minimizes oil-pressure drop through the cooler while maximizing heat transfer.
This Flex-A-Lite stacked-plate, 21-row engine-oil cooler is designed for remote mounting and comes with a 6.5-inch electric fan mounted. It measures 11 x 7 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches and includes -8, -10 and -12 interchangeable AN fittings with O-rings.
