| The EXP-ED-AM-AC-80A-1PH-V1 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Analog Ammeter that is designed for use in hazardous locations, confined spaces and industrial facilities. This NEMA-rated unit operates on single-phase 120V AC and offers up to 2.5% accuracy during ammeter operation. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, the explosion proof device contains a 5.38" lens opening for viewing meter readings. The EXP-ED-AM-AC-80A-1PH-V1 offers accurate AC readings of amps inside flammable facilities. Designed to operate on single-phase 120V AC, the ammeter provides readings with 2.5% accuracy, within a short-scale range of 1-80 amps. The ammeter is equipped with a detection range of 10V-600V. Overload protection is set at 1.2x for 2 hours and 10x for 5 seconds when using the ammeter. Overload protection for the ammeter feature is set at 1.2x for 2 hours and 2x for 5 seconds. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, the ATEX/IECEx-rated device is protected by a 5.38" tempered soda lime glass lens for viewing meter readings in real-time. This explosion proof unit is rated NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G) and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and operating conditions while remaining robust and easy to use. Hubs: The EXP-ED-AM-AC-80A-1PH-V1 comes in a feed-thru configuration, with two accessible hubs at the (1) north and (1) south side of the unit. Hub size options include: 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT. Operators may access terminals for completing electrical connections. Mounting: This explosion proof device is compatible with surface-mounting applications. Cast mounting lugs are available for seamless installations at the combustible site.
