The Epicurean Gourmet Series cutting boards feature a thicker profile board-3/8”. Each cutting board in the Gourmet Series features "juice groove" on one side to capture liquids and keep countertops clean, and a flat side when the juice groove isn’t needed. The multi-functional surface won't dull knives; is heat-resistant to 350 degrees F, which means hot pans can be place on it without leaving a brown ring; requires no oiling; and is dishwasher-safe. Both the top and bottom surfaces may be used for cutting meat, chopping onions, slicing bread, and more-the natural finish will darken with use. This series is available in 4 sizes and 3 color combinations.
