This magnetic spotlight mounting plate for 2014+ Dodge Ram 3500 pickup trucks offers operators a sturdy and reliable platform to deploy magnetic mount lights of any type such as spotlights, strobes, beacons, hunting spotlights, signal lights, security lights and warning lights, on the top of their truck for optimal performance. The MMP-DC-3500-2014 is installed via the rear cab lights and has a weatherproof seal on the back side for secure, dry installation and helps to prevent damage to the truck body. The mounting plate is powder coated for added durability, and offered in a black, white, or grey finish. The MMP-DC-3500-2014 also features a windload okay for highway speeds. (User provided equipment may vary.) The airflow over the vehicle`s roof varies from flat top roofs compared to vehicles equipped with a moon roof or sunroof. Please choose the roof style for your vehicle when ordering. This mounting bracket will vary from slick top to motorized roofs and can only support up to 15 lbs. Additionally, having a reverse camera in the 3rd brake light will change the mounting bracket design.
