The Diamond Pro IWF 20 kg bar is manufactured in Decatur, AL. This bar is 100% made in the USA. This barbell is solid to the core. Snap ring construction and high quality 1 1/4'' bronze self-lubricating oil-lite bushings give this item a smooth, even spin and great durability. There is no center knurl. And rings are spaced to IWF and IPF specifications. The 20kg bar has a 28.5mm shaft rated at 200,000 psi. The end caps are color coded for easy identification.
